Covid-19 protocol: Your safety is our top priority

We recommend our delegates to get tested before they leave their homes for EMUC21 and ESUI21. Please note that all travellers entering Greece should have completed their Passenger Locator Form (PLF) before entering the country and carry the PLF with them when entering Greece, either electronically or in print, in order to be permitted entry. Please click here to complete your PLF and find more information about it.

We will strictly adhere to the COVID-19 regulations in Greece:

  • Only fully vaccinated persons are allowed in the venue. Before entering the congress building, all visitors are requested to show a proof of vaccination such as the EU-wide Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) via a QR code or a vaccination certificate.
  • Wearing a face mask in the venue is mandatory except while eating. You are requested to eat while seated in the Exhibition Area, which is the designated section in the venue. A face mask should cover both nose and mouth.
  • Seats will be well spaced out, either by leaving one chair empty or by having space between the placement of the chairs. Kindly do not use the blocked chairs.

During the 9th Meeting of the EAU Section of Urological Imaging (ESUI21) and the 13th European Multidisciplinary Congress on Urological Cancers (EMUC21), the “Exhibition booths relating to prescription-only medicines” are only accessible to certified healthcare professionals, qualified to prescribe medicines, and pharmacists. Based on information provided by the registering party, a “P” will be printed on the congress badges when the bearer has accreditation to access the “Exhibition Booths related to prescription-only medicines.” It is the responsibility of the registering party to provide correct information and the ESUI and EMUC hold no responsibility with regards to the information provided. This measure is in accordance with the national and international pharmaceutical guidelines.
